ℹ  Information: Tithoes confinis, a species widely distributed in Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. It belongs to the large species of Prioninae. It appears from the beginning of the rainy season. It prefers wetter savannas and seasonal forests with plenty of large trees. It is common locally.

Body length: 36 - 101 mm
Peak activity: January - December (according to the rainy season in the region)

⚠  Remarks: The species occurs throughout the main rainy season. During the day, it hides under the bark, in various crevices and high up in the tree. They are active at night when they come out of hiding. They are often attracted to light sources.
