Information: Oberea pagana was was described by Harold in 1880 from southern Kenya. A rarer species of dry acacia savannas.

Remarks: Specimens of the species Oberea pagana were captured while mating on low vegetation and herbs in a dry acacia bushland during the secondary growing season, coinciding with light rains.
