Information: Recently, the new subspecies C. dmitriewi ssp. milishai was described from the locality Gore in Ethiopia Di Gennaro et al. (2020). This subspecies inhabit rainforest of southern Kaffa and Illubabor provinces in altitude between 1200 and 1800m.
