Information: Ceroplesis nigromaculata is a beautiful, colorful longhorn beetle African, inhabitant of dry savannas and semi-deserts of East Africa. It was described from Kenya by Aurivillius in 1910.
Body length: 22 - 30 mm
Peak activity: April - June, October - December
Remarks: It is rarer throughout its range. It seeks out higher elevation habitats with Acacia stands.
Distribution: Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania
