Information: Agapanthia turanica, a Central-Asian species occuring in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and NW China, has been described from "Turkestan" as Agapanthia subchalybaea turanica by Nikolai N. Plavilstshikov in 1929

Remarks: Usually from the second half of May, they mate mostly on higher succulent plants.
